I offer two types of design commissions: Surprise Designs and Regular Designs. Each commission type offers different benefits. You can find a detailed price list and more info below.
Surprise Designs

What are Surprise Designs?
These designs are fully-rendered designs made after your requested themes and ideas. You can send me anything that I shall include, e.g. color palettes, descriptions of your ideas, references and no-gos which I will consider when designing your outfit or character. Surprise designs are always designed on one of my pre-made bases.
Important:
Surprise designs will be finished in one go and do not include any concept sketches, changes or adjustments. You will have to leave the whole design process to me and will be surprised with a finished design at the end.

Regular Designs
Status: OPEN
What are Regular Designs?
These designs are completely designed after your ideas and requested themes. You have full control over the design process and can request changes and adjustments.
After you have described your ideas and provided me with some references, I will start sketching 3 concepts out of which you can choose one we will work with. In the sketch stadium you can furthermore request 3 major adjustments. As soon as you have approved the sketch, I will make a lineart and start working on the colors.

Boutique Designs
Status: OPEN
What are Boutique Designs?
A Boutique Outfit Design is a discounted individually made design. The lower price results from the fact that the design can be used afterwards not only by the client himself, but it is also offered in my shop and can be purchased by anyone.
By purchasing this design you get a non-exclusive right to use the design personally and commercially. After your purchase you will be able to download a JPEG/PNG file of the design.
‼️ You do not purchase an exclusive right to use the design. The right to use the design (license) can be purchased multiple times/by multiple people. The finished design is a special type of adoptable that is sold more than once.
‼️The licensee receives the right to only use the design as stated in the "Terms of Use" and "Commercial License". Ownership and Copyright of the design / artwork are NOT transferred to the licensee.

Terms of Service
These rules apply to those who purchase my designs. By ordering a design commission you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service and Commercial License.
⮞ Commission slots are always opened for a limited time only. Submitting a commission request is, however, not a guarantee that you will receive a commission slot. Commission slots are not first come, first served. I may not accept requests that I feel might not fit my skills or style.
⮞ You can submit a commission request by filling out the form provided above.
⮞ Patrons always get the opportunity to submit commission requests before anyone else. If all commission slots get claimed by patrons first, no slots will be open for the public until further notice. If you’d like to pre-claim commission slots you can always join my Patreon: patreon.com/chevistey
⮞ If I accept your commission, I will email you and send you further instructions regarding payment and the design process. After we have agreed on a payment plan and you have provided me with your billing details, you will receive an invoice and are required to pay within 24 hours of receiving my email.
⮞ Prices are always subject to change in the future.
Payment and Commission Process for Regular Designs:
⮞ Regular Designs must be paid 50% upfront and 50% after completion of the sketch.
⮞ When payment is received, I will begin sketching your design concepts. Sketches for Regular Designs are usually completed within one week of payment being received. I will notify you in case of changes.
⮞ I will email you the concept sketches for approval. You can pick one of the concepts which I will then continue working on.
⮞ You can request 3 major changes / adjustments during the sketch stadium. Additional concepts or adjustments are charged extra.
⮞ After you have approved the sketch, the second half of the payment is due.
⮞ After I received the second half of the payment, I will work on coloring your design.
⮞ If you cancel your commission after I have started working on it, I will keep 50% of the payment received as a compensation. If you cancel your commission before I have started working on it, you will receive a full refund. Finished designs cannot be refunded.
Payment and Commission Process for Surprise Designs:
⮞ Surprise Designs must be paid 100% upfront.
⮞ Surprise Designs are usually finished within one week of payment being received.
⮞ Surprise Designs do not include any concept sketches or adjustments.
⮞ Surprise Designs can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours after payment. It is not possible to get a refund at a later time due to the quick turnaround time of this type of commission. Finished designs cannot be refunded.
⮞ You are allowed to adjust or change the design after your purchase as long as you do not edit my original artwork. Please create a new drawing if you want to make changes / edit the design.
⮞ Do not take payment to edit on top of my artwork and do not pay others to edit my artwork. Please make / get new art if money for edits is involved. You can of course commission other artists to make changes on the design as long as they create their own art for it.
⮞ You may re-post my original artwork of the design you’ve received to display the design as yours, however you are required to downsize and watermark it for public display.
⮞ My original, non-watermarked artwork should not be posted publicly for the sake of the protection of the art. Please always tag and credit me if you re-post my original artwork.
⮞ Designs may be resold for no more than what you paid. This refers only to what you paid for the design itself. You are not allowed to charge for any Commercial License that you might have purchased additionally. You cannot transfer your Commercial Licenses (Premium/Extended) to the new owner when selling the design.
⮞ If you commissioned additional illustrations of the design and the adoptable is sold with this additional art, you are allowed to charge others what you paid for the commission in order to allow someone to receive the art.
⮞ Designs may be traded for other designs and / or goods.
⮞ Designs may be gifted to other users.
⮞ Once you resell / trade / gift the design, it is no longer yours. You cannot use the design commercially or personally anymore.
⮞ By re-selling or gifting the design, the new owner can use the design as described in the Standard Commercial License. If they want to use the design commercially in a way that is not stated in the Standard Commercial License, they need to purchase an additional Premium Commercial License or an Extended Commercial License. Please always message me if you need any additional licenses.
⮞ When transferring the ownership of the design to someone else, you must message me and provide me with the details of the new owner. Due to the Privacy Policy, you must inform the new owner of this term before selling the design so they can agree to their information being forwarded to me.
⮞ I keep the right to upload my original art of the design to my social media accounts and my portfolio for advertisement of my art.
⮞ I keep the right to show my original art of the designs in future (art)books or videos of mine for informational or educational purposes.
⮞ You will always be linked and / or mentioned as the new owner of the design. If you don't want your design to be shown anywhere else, please message me before commissioning me. Otherwise you automatically agree to this term.
⮞ The licensee receives the exclusive right to only use the design as stated in these "Terms of Service" and the following "Commercial License". Ownership and Copyright of the design / artwork are NOT transferred to the licensee.
